How can I view PDF documents?

To view the PDFs on this site you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

How do I download PDF documents?

You can save the PDFs on this site to your computer hard disk.

When you are viewing them (see above), you can save them by clicking the floppy disk icon in the Adobe toolbar (top-left of your browser window).

Or you can save them without viewing them first. To do this:

  • on a PC running Internet Explorer: right-click on the link to the document and choose 'Save Target As'
  • on a PC running Netscape Navigator or Mozilla Firefox: right-click on the link to the document and choose 'Save Link As'
  • on a Macintosh: click and hold, and choose 'Download link to disk'.

How do I run the interactive activities?

To use the interactives, you will need to have the Flash Player installed on your computer. installed on your computer.

Why can’t I install/run Adobe Acrobat Reader/Flash Player?
